Blind, white haired & skinned elf. Posesses no pupils.
The 'pinkish-peach' disfiguration over his eyes is a scar which spans entirely over both lids.

Quietly vicious. Holding contempt for everyone. Feels revulsion and loathing for how predictable and pathetic others are.
I adore him.
