Anyhow...supposed to illustrate some negative 'points' of New Orleans -outside- what the hurricane did- based on the article by Sonja Steptoe called "The City Tourists Never Knew' from Time, September 12th.

She speaks on the depravity and troubled areas, and the difference between classes..
So I tried to mix those things up and make some commentary on the people.

How the 'upper' sort of class has always over indulged.. as shown by the twenties flappers ( suggestively protistutes- much as I HATE bringing up, let alone drawing, that idea ) and their gambling 'goods' from the day mingling along side modern day floosies... ( Apologize to any ladies that take offense, or think I'm picking at the punk/pierced/etc crowd. Not all those people are embodiments of evil. 'S just not the -image- of wholesomeness...and thus..it's in there. ) So! There's -modern- addiction and glambling..stuffs.
Plus the girls are sporting liquor and smoking. Fwee... I'm done.
